The general process is as follows:
- A customer posts a request for intervention on the websites Internets de
France Harmful, by entering his address.
- The system locates the nearest professional and posts a notification.
- The professional has 15 minutes to intercept the alert. if
intercept him, he receives the coordinates of the client to obtain his
agreement. If there is agreement, end of the process; otherwise, the alert is sent
to the next professional, and so on.
- The application also includes a messaging system
allowing the different personnel of the same company to communicate with each other.
