For residents:
• Report your monthly payment with a photo of the receipt and bank reference. The administrator confirms it, and your homepage is updated instantly.

• Announce visitors with a unique QR code that security scans upon entry.

• Read condominium notices and view the complete history.

• Submit requests (maintenance, complaints, suggestions) and chat with management in a dedicated chat room.

• Chat with other residents in a moderated common area.

For security:
• Scan visitor QR codes to register entries and exits.

• View the day's entry history and active passes.

For administrators:
The web console at kondoo.io allows you to generate monthly receipts, confirm payments, post notices, manage requests, configure the residence, and register new residents with an invitation code.
