The APP is amazing but the cost is ridiculous at almost $10 per week, that puts it at more than $500 per year, I can't believe they don't have annual plans, they rather have people that dowloaded the free trial to cancel it and forget all about it without giving them an option to look for a better deal. Oh well is on them, just need to look for other options. bye bye AI Note Taker

This piece of garbage app is only slightly less horrible than the support that is available for it. I recorded an important meeting to be summarized, but the app had an "Unexpected error" and wouldn't upload the file. I need the recording and emailed support several times now and all I get back is a message from a bot apologizing for the inconvenience, I replied with another request for the file location and I got the same bot message. Thanks for nothing. Maybe next time answer you emails.

This app is terrible. I actually purchased the Pro Edition because I thought the benefits would be outstanding. This has been nothing short of a total disappointment. The tool does not work most of the time. If you are recording short session (less than 1/2 hour) it works some of the time. If you sessions are longer (45 minutes and up), it does not work at all. It will record but then fails every time it tries to process the audio. I am now without notes for several important meetings.
