Ratings and reviews

The transcription and summaries initially worked well, but lately, it's been noticeably more inaccurate. Also, the speakers are almost always incorrect. Nonetheless, it's still a helpful tool that allows me to be more present in meetings. I just have to correct any inaccuracies in the transcription and speakers immediately after the meeting and then just copy and paste it into Copilot, Claude, or ChatGPT for a better summary.

App is easy to use. I bought the year subscription and within the first hr, it failed to pick up 4 recordings. if the recording was a minute or 2 then the app may transcribe 20 words. if the recording was 30 seconds, I may only get 1 word transcription. the summary of the conversation was accurate but that doesn't help me. The only way I've found to reach customer service is the chat in the app. and AI is telling me nobody is there to help me.

im really loving this app. I like how it gives a well detailed summarize of your audios. I like that I could use audios, recorded phone calls, uploads from files, notes and to do lists. it not only transcribes as you speak, it recognizes the language so you don't have to change it. i find it interesting how it also gives you the important points of what is being transcribe. It gives a 3 day free trial. This app is not free there's a charge weekly or monthly depending on the plan you choose.
