Ever since the update, when I open the app- black screen. Thats it. UPDATE- after a phone restart & a redownload, it works. Calendar view, dark mode, and "save to all profiles" is nice, but I had to download a guide to figure out clock in. (Maybe leave the clock in button & if the crew member isn't supposed to be clocking themselves in, have a popup msg refer them to their crew lead. It's easier than hunting for a button you don't know you can't have access to) And roster access is limited now.

Open your device's Settings app.
1.Tap Apps. See All Apps.
2.Tap the LASSO Mobile App.
3.Tap Storage & cache Clear cache or Clear storage.
4.Open LASSO app

Doesn't sync well with notifications. I have to continue to recheck to see new opportunities. Don't like the drop downs. There are too many "clicks" to get information. Trying to fit into too many "molds". Number of opportunities do not decrease once you respond. New opportunities are added in with old, so you can't tell if you've responded unless you open each opportunity and see the symbol. I've tried everything to get notifications in my navigation bar at the top and on home screen.

Update 12/27/23 - Our engineering team in our most recent app release improved the opportunities interactions in LASSO. You should see now when you've applied, denied or not responded to an opportunity in the LASSO app. Thank you for your feedback and we will continue to improve the app experience for you!

Some of the critical functionality on my device was not working but Lasso worked diligently to resolve and personally follow up with me. Top notch customer service, clarity and communication, excellent follow through. Looking for an improved experience for supervisors and project managers in the UI in the next release, but very pleased with individual customer service from this group.
