The process started out ok but it would not connect. I tried different approaches to no avail. I sent a email to leak bot about the problem. They responded back with instructions to do. One was turn off Bluetooth and VPN. I have Verizon Internet and had 2 different passwords for WiFi. I think I was using the wrong password. Plus turning off Bluetooth and VPN took care of the problem. It connected and worked ok,easy process.

Just installed Leakbot device. The app UI needs some improvement; the setup was a little clumsy, especially entering the address and when entering rating.

Can be got to work with persistence. I was given a leakbot by my insurer but have yet to get it to work consistently. No manual setup process so all has to be done automatically by the app which fails often. You need to have the leakbot and your phone right by your router to have a chance. If it fails halfway through all progress lost. Never sure what it's doing - needs detail status info. Says learning for weeks and weeks and then says lost connection. No idea if/when it's actually working or not. Support don't phone back when they say then you get random emails and messages out of the blue. Can't log on to your account online only via the app. Nice idea but at the moment I wouldn't have paid for it (which I didn't).
