Wasn't sure the device itself would work. A few months after I I installed the device and the app it started flagging me via text and email weekly telling me there was a leak. I checked everywhere - I thought it was crazy because I couldn't find anything. Turns out I was crazy. I eventually found the small (super small) leak under my bathroom sink. I fixed the issue. Leakbot is worth every penny. App works.prefectly.

The process started out ok but it would not connect. I tried different approaches to no avail. I sent a email to leak bot about the problem. They responded back with instructions to do. One was turn off Bluetooth and VPN. I have Verizon Internet and had 2 different passwords for WiFi. I think I was using the wrong password. Plus turning off Bluetooth and VPN took care of the problem. It connected and worked ok,easy process.

The Device is amazing. It caught a super minor drip, one drip per minute on a faucet. I was not paid to say this... My insurance company sent this device to me for free. just to try it they said... The only issue I have with a device is if there was a major line split in the house, I do not know, it may take several hours for the device to notify you since it would not know, perhaps the sprinkler system's or .... however, Minor leaks or consistent minor leaks the device is awesome
