Ledgely is the HR app for staffing agencies, restaurants and catering. View your schedule, accept shifts, clock in and out, track your hours worked and estimated salary — and stay in touch with managers and colleagues, all in one app.

SCHEDULE Weekly view of all your shifts. Accept or deny new shifts with one tap, and register interest in extra shifts directly in the schedule.

STAMPING Clock in and out with one tap. Location verification is used where your employer requires it — your location is used at the time of clocking in to verify the workplace and is not saved. Also works offline: clockings are automatically synced when you are online again.

TIME CARD & SALARY Hours worked per day and week, OB allowance and estimated gross salary — full control before payday.

ABSENCE Call in sick or apply for vacation directly in the app and follow the status of your applications.

INBOX Chat with managers and colleagues, see who is working, get notified about new shifts and read messages from your employer. Notifications and messages in your language.

Ledgely is used by staffing agencies and restaurants. Your account is created via an invitation from your employer — the app cannot be used without employment with a Ledgely customer.
