About this app

Coretrends is a private wallet for your medical records. It keeps your lab results, reports and prescriptions on your own phone, reads them, and shows each marker as a trend against a published reference range. Your history, in one place, and finally legible.

Private by design
There is no account and no real name required. Your records are stored on the device, and nothing is kept on our servers. Reading happens on your phone. When a document needs more, identifiers are removed on the device first and it happens only with your permission.

See your health over time
Every value becomes a line over time against a cited reference range, with the source named. One reading shows as a gauge. Two or more become a chart you can read at a glance.

Bring your records in
Import the standard files a hospital or patient portal gives you (HL7 FHIR and related formats). Each value keeps its own date and its own codes. Your data is yours to keep, export and share, or not.

Built around your right to your own data
Coretrends is built on the standards that the European Health Data Space and the US 21st Century Cures Act converge on, so your history can travel with you.
