Ratings and reviews

They constantly block your card for no reason. Then you need to call their hotline, which has very very short opening hours. When you call, the call menu will constantly kick you out (hang up on you) for no reason and without warning. The support chat also often kicks you out without warning and is very buggy. It's all-around annoying.

Lots and lots on unwanted notifications and no way to switch them off. Edit: I have already sent an email to the customer service regarding this problem but got a generic "Timo has received your suggestion about notification." Don't force-feed your users with noise.

I like the simple interface before. Now too many function added but I don't want to use (like category, piggy bank,...) and can't turn it off. Dark mode still not available till now
