LoopCut adds smart friction against addictive app design — so you can pause before distracting apps turn into doomscrolling.
It is not a harsh app blocker. It helps you use your phone with intention.

Before TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Chrome, Reddit, or other distracting apps open, LoopCut gives you a short pause to decide: do I really need this right now?
🎯 No reason to open an app→ Open with intention
Choose why you are opening the app before you enter. This turns autopilot into a conscious decision.
⏳ Infinite scroll → Set a timebox
Set an intention timer before entering. LoopCut reminds you before “just two minutes” quietly becomes much longer.
🔁 Can not stop → Checkpoints → Stronger break
If you keep drifting, LoopCut can add checkpoints and stronger breaks to help you cut the loop.
