Ratings and reviews

I have never had issues with the app, and it's very helpful seeing what you've tried. The swag available to redeem points for is just ok, but what strikes me as odd is how the points system works. Think about the cost of a cart and how much the battery actually is at most clinics, and considering you only get about 25pts for each cart you scan, I think 300pts for a battery isn't great. I have the tie-dye battery, and you can see a clear line down it, it's like a sticker lol! Come on guys!

Scanned and it worked, then it kicked me off of app. When I redid it, it didn't work. No help under the help button. A little frustrating. Tried Uninstalling and then installing again. Am just deleting it now since the only reason I downloaded it was to get points. Great idea, probably just coding errors, but definitely disappointing.

It's a great way to reward and inform consumers. The execution is not great. Very buggy, be sure not to mess in settings. There seems to be 3 versions and if you're not on the current one. The app will not work and will lose your information (at least displayed). Love rove, but not a fan of this app.
