Makon is Uzbekistan's real estate app — buy, rent, sell and list apartments, houses and land, all in one place.

Thousands of listings across Tashkent, Samarkand and the rest of Uzbekistan, gathered onto a single map so you don't have to scroll a dozen channels to find them.

• Saved searches — save a set of filters and hear about matches instantly, hourly, daily or weekly
• Price-drop alerts — know the moment a home you are watching gets cheaper
• Favourites — keep the ones you like in one list
• Message sellers in the app, or call them directly
• Seller profiles — their other listings, reviews, and a button to follow them
• Voice search, and jump straight to a listing by its Makon ID
• Prices in soʻm or dollars

LOCATION MATTERS
Every listing shows the distance to the nearest metro stations, schools and kindergartens, along with its price history and the typical price per m² in that area — so you can judge whether a price is fair before you pick up the phone.

SELLING
List your apartment, house or land for free. Choose the residential complex and we will fill in what our building records already hold. Add up to 25 photos and you are done.
