About this app

Tracking customer orders and requests for foremen, site managers, and small teams: for each order, you can see how much has been received, how much is still owed, and how much has been spent on materials. The estimate, contract, and client report are compiled from what's already recorded in the order.

SUITABLE FOR
Construction and renovation, country and land use, equipment repair, special equipment and industrial services, events, photography, video, and sound, business services, text and translation, IT, design, and marketing. Select your industry upon login—the types of work, signatures, and price list will be tailored to it.

ORDERS
• The entire order in one card: address, customer, deadline and departure time, status
• Receipts listed—advance payments and tranches, not a single figure of "paid"
• The balance is calculated automatically: how much the customer still owes
• Materials listed by item, profit per order

CALENDAR AND REMINDERS
• Month, week, and day: visits by the hour, drag and drop
• Reminder 7 days in advance and the day before, or your own — for a specific visit
• In the morning — what's on the schedule today
• Pro: orders and tasks in your phone calendar

FINANCES
• Monthly summary: received, spent on materials, recent transactions
• Where did the income go — monthly diagram
• Pro: expenses outside of orders — gasoline, tools, rent — and profit
• Pro: who owes and how many days they're late with payment, any period, file download for the accountant

CUSTOMER REPORT
• PDF for the order — work, receipts, and balances, sent to messenger
• Pro: online report via link — the client can see how the work is progressing

WHO'S CALLING (Pro)
An incoming call from the client's number is signed with the name and address of the site before you answer. The number is verified on the phone and is not forwarded anywhere.

WORKS WITHOUT INTERNET
If the connection is lost while you're out and about, the app continues to work. Anything you recorded in the basement or in the elevator will be sent automatically when the network returns. Until then, the entry is marked "Sent when connected" — nothing is lost.

PHONE AND COMPUTER
One account: register on-site using your phone, then open the web version on your computer at home.

SECURITY
Login with a code. Data is transmitted over a secure connection and stored on servers in Russia.

FREE AND PRO
The free version allows you to manage up to 5 clients, up to 5 active orders, and store up to 10 photos per order. A completed order and client in the archive free up space. Pro removes these restrictions and opens the report, debt analysis, online report, and caller ID. Learn more in the web version; the link is in the profile.
