I arrived in Hamburg, wanted to open the app, it asked to update, I did update, it asked to verify my phone number again, I verified, it asked to verify the email attached to my account, I couldn't because the email service provider had an issue the whole day, so I tried changing to my other email, it didn't let me to, then I tried contacting support, couldn't , it was one of the worst support pages ever. And this was a terrible user experience.

Very disappointed with the service from the driver. Booked 3 instead of 4 passengers, but not possible to add additional passengers. We asked if we could pay cash for my friend's son, but was advised it was not possible. At 1:30am with an empty car going nowhere, I would have expected the driver to find a suitable solution. He told us we had to leave the car, cancel the trip and place a new booking, but it would not be with him. We took a taxi - no customer service what so ever.

I love the service. but I did think that it operated like typical e-hailing service... it does, works like a convenient bus service. but once I got the hang of it, after missing the previous ride, I was satisfied!. and there's wifi on the bus. 3 stars because it does not work without connectivity and you can't communicate with the driver...
