no matter what configuration I try the internal scheduling for the secondary plug will not function. I have reached out to their support and it is now going on 2 weeks that they have run me through an insane amount of back and forth emails and have yet to provide any support.... it has turned into a nightmare and a waste of $300. Don't do it.

Fast response when issues come up in app. Just so it's clear it works with or without the app but I like to keep an eye on the price of my cars charging.

It has done exactly what I needed. I have two electric vehicles and one outlet. It controls management of both cars and charges during noon peak hours. It analyses cost and savings. It's stepped up my charging game big-time. I really appreciate this product.
