repeated email requesting a phone call to my toll free number over 6 months have not happened and my problem continues. Emails are not helping. ready to disconnect and do scheduled charging manually. Zero stars for lack of support.

I was previously using a mix of TeslaFi and NeoCharge to track my EV charging, but with the recent improvements to the NeoCharge app, including SRP rate plan support, I'm now using NeoCharge exclusively for this info. Please keep the improvements coming to this great product!

Had it installed for about a week. Works perfectly. The App gives a lot of useful information including a history of how much power your EV and dryer are using during each session.
