BantayJuan helps residents report civic incidents directly to participating City Operations teams—helping keep every Juan safe.
Capture a new photo or a video of up to 30 seconds inside the app. Existing photos and videos cannot be selected from the device, helping preserve evidence integrity. Add an optional description and GPS location, or select the incident city manually. Submit without creating an account.
BantayJuan securely sends the evidence through the Pantepoptes response network to the selected city. City Operations can review the report, confirm one or more responsible agencies, and coordinate field personnel. After submission, save the private tracking code to view limited, public-safe progress updates.

BantayJuan does not ask for your name, phone number, email address, contacts, or a citizen account. A report's content may still reveal identifying details, so avoid recording faces, private documents, vehicle plates, or other personal information unless necessary to report the incident.
BantayJuan is powered by the Pantepoptes response platform and operated by SBB Innovations. It is not a replacement for emergency services. For an immediate threat to life or safety, contact the local emergency number.
Report incidents anonymously using live photos, videos, and optional GPS.
