Parli is job scheduling and crew management built for dirt work — excavation, grading, site development, utilities, demolition and landscaping.

It answers the questions that actually cost you money: who is on which job, which machine is where, did the sub confirm, and are we still on budget.

JOBSITE PHOTOS, FILED BY JOB
• Take a photo on site and it lands on the job it belongs to, not in a camera roll nobody can search

Owners, superintendents, project managers, foremen and crews at excavation and site-work companies. Crew logins are included — you are not billed per person just to let a laborer see their own tasks.

Free - $0, no credit card. Run one real job: one crew card, and one of each machine, attachment, tool and trailer. It does not expire, and you can move up a plan whenever the work does.

Parli works on the web at parli.io as well as on your phone, and the same account works everywhere.

Subscriptions are managed at parli.io — the app itself does not sell anything.

Ratings and reviews

So far so good. I haven't been able to get rid of the spreadsheet yet but I think that's going to be on the horizon with this app. I really like it. I'll be adding my whole company to it very soon.

My supers and Forman use the voice thing every day. So far I've noticed their teams aren't forgetting as much.

I was searching for a task management app for my company and this one is by far the best one for landscaping companies.

What’s new

Links in Parli emails now open the app instead of your browser. Tap a task in an email and you land on that task, already signed in.

Canada: amounts now show in Canadian dollars instead of US.

Plus the usual small fixes.
