This version of Capture for Android contains the following:
• Added push notification when the device has pending data to sync and it's been 24 hours.
• Added error message when the user doesn't have permission to use Capture.
• Rearranged location of absent and require student id
• Set default zoom set to 2.4x

• Fixed known sync crashes and issues
• Updated photo permission request code
