About this app

PlaceHub is the Workplace management platform that emerged to solve the problems of the “new normal”. Some companies joined 100% remote work, while a large portion decided to make the work between on-site and remote work flexible, leaving the employee free to choose where they want to work. The only problem with this flexible way of working was the difficulty of managing the physical space, which is why PlaceHub came about.

We give employees the possibility to reserve their space, meeting rooms, parking spaces, among other items through a simple, intuitive and customizable mobile application.
In addition, we give the manager the ability to limit and track the physical capacity of his environment to keep him safe and, at the same time, extract maximum productivity from his employees through a flexible work model.
