Get a snapshot of your station's activity the moment you open the app. The dashboard displays your active delivery count, completed deliveries, and a list of recent activity so you can quickly assess what needs attention.

Tank Readings
Record and monitor your tank levels over time. Log current volumes for each tank at your station and review your reading history filtered by day, week, month, or custom date range. Keep an accurate record of your fuel inventory for accountability and reporting.

Nozzle Meter Readings
Track your fuel dispensers by recording nozzle meter numbers. Maintain a complete history of meter readings to reconcile sales, detect discrepancies, and ensure accurate fuel accounting across all pumps.

Expense Tracking
Record station expenses with full documentation. Log items like electricity bills, pump repairs, and other operational costs with amounts in GHS, dates, optional notes, and photo proof. Track each expense through the approval process with clear status indicators for pending and approved items.

Shift Handover
