Channels organize conversations by team, customer, lane, or load. Direct messages handle one-to-one or small-group chat. Threads keep replies attached to the message they belong to so context never gets lost. Mentions pull in the person — or the operator — who needs to see it.

PORTPRO operators are AI agents that handle your back office work. Message Helen for billing. Message AP for vendor reconciliation. Message Collections for money in. Mention any operator with @ and they respond inline, in the same thread, like a teammate.

Get pinged when an operator escalates, a customer replies, a load is at risk, or you're mentioned. Tune notifications per channel so only what matters wakes your phone.
