About this game

Comet Shepherd is a physics game about herding comets. Comets drift into each sector from
the edges of space. Touch the sky to bend it with a gravity node, curve them around the
planets and settle them into the glowing Star Well.

BEND SPACE WITH YOUR FINGER
Hold anywhere to place a gravity node under your finger, drag to move it and let go to
release it. Every comet feels the pull of your nodes, of every planet and of the Well.
Double-tap or press PULSE to push comets away when they are heading for trouble.

A REAL ORBITAL SIMULATION
Gravity falls off with distance, each comet has its own mass, and the paths you see are
the paths the simulation computes. A comet that reaches the Well too fast slingshots
straight through — you have to slow it down to capture it. Planets and moons destroy
whatever hits them, black holes swallow comets past their horizon, and a comet that
drifts off the field is lost.

LUMEN
Your nodes run on Lumen. The longer you hold, the more you spend. Run dry with comets
still out there, or lose three comets, and the sector drifts away.

THREE WAYS TO PLAY
- Constellations: 15 hand-built sectors across Lyre, Hound and Serpent. Hound adds black
holes, Serpent adds moons on moving orbits. Earn up to 3 stars per sector.
- Endless Drift: wave after wave of faster comets until three are lost.
- Daily Sector: a new layout generated for each day, with one scored attempt.

THE OBSERVATORY
Stardust from captured comets buys five upgrade lines over five levels: Node Strength
(and a third node at the top level), Node Lifetime, Pulse Recharge, Well Radius and
Lumen Tank. Every card shows the real numbers the simulation uses.

LOGBOOK
Five ranks from Stargazer to Celestial Herald with their own insignia, career stats,
your best combo, your Endless best, your daily streak and your recent runs.

A COACH ON THE FIRST SECTOR
The first sector walks you through holding, guiding a comet into the Well and pulsing,
one step at a time.
