An app takes over the duties of a club treasurer.

It handles all operations in one place, such as receiving attendance via KakaoTalk, organizing match pairings in Excel, and managing scores from memory.

It also takes care of the tasks that used to be done by relying on memory. Game Day

When a schedule is opened, members manually select Attend/Absent

Automatic handling of capacity, full count, and late arrivals

Save frequently opened schedules as templates for a single setup

Automatic Balanced Matchmaking

Automatically generates doubles and singles matches tailored to team strength based on levels

Avoids duplicate partners and opponents to prevent repeated encounters with the same people, and ensures even rest periods

Generates matches while adhering to rules for men's doubles, women's doubles, and mixed doubles (preventing duplicates)

- Manual matchmaking is also supported if the operator wishes to create their own

Scores and Rankings

Scores are entered by participants and confirmed by opponents

Club leaderboards based on win points and goal difference, viewable by event, period, and group

'Rating' view adjusted for game count to prevent a few undefeated matches from dominating the rankings

Records are preserved

'Records of the Day' after the Game Day ends — moments like close matches, undefeated games, and first wins are displayed as cards

Individual evaluations such as Chemistry (Best Partner), Winning Streaks, and Perfect Attendance
