About this app

"Receipt Roller Store Operations" is a business application for store staff and managers. From checking and analyzing sales to managing staff shifts, coupons, and content management such as social media, announcements, and flyers, you can manage all your daily store operations in one app.

To use this application, you need to log in with your Receipt Roller account and select a business account. You can use it for individual stores by selecting a store, or for managing your entire business account without selecting a store.

■ Home (Dashboard)
View monthly sales KPIs and trends at a glance. When using it for your entire business account, you can see KPIs, a list of all stores, and a bulletin board all in one place.

■ Sales Management
- Sales and receipt list (filter by year/month, payment method, and POS terminal)
- Confirm receipt details and issue electronic receipt QR codes
- Product (PIM): Catalog management and product image upload
- Order (OMS), reservation, and inventory (WMS) management

■ Sales and Customer Analysis
- Visit heatmap by time of day and day of the week, new and repeat customer trends
- Product ABC analysis and sales composition ratio
- Identify customers at risk of churn and suggest recommended products
- Sales comparison between stores (overlay display of trends from multiple stores)

■ Coupons
- Confirm and redeem coupon codes at the register (clearly display the reason for invalidity)
- Issue coupons (set discount rate, discount amount, and usage limit) and usage history

■ Staff and Shift Management
- Create shifts and track labor costs
- Store bulletin board (attach images and PDFs, check read counts), staff chat, staff roster
- Set business hours, regular holidays, and available working hours

■ Content Management (Business Account Per Unit)
- Create, publish, and schedule posts for linked social media, and analyze posts.
- Check linked accounts and comments.
- View announcements and news posted in the store app.
- Manage the publication of flyers (website content).
■ Media (Store Per Unit)
- Manage in-store signage and advertising space.
- Signage distribution player.
■ Store Information & Profile
- Check and edit basic store information (store name, address, phone number, etc.).
- Check the profile and roles (permissions) of logged-in users.
■ Other
- Set and send push notifications.
- Set up receipt printers.
- Supports landscape screen display on tablets.

The displayed menu can be switched for each store from "Display Menu Settings," allowing you to use only the necessary functions.

* This app is for stores and business accounts with a Receipt Roller contract. A target account is required to use this app.
