About this app

SendBeam for Android keeps you in touch with your SendBeam workspaces when you are away from your desk. Answer replies, approve suggested drafts, add contacts and keep campaigns on schedule, all from your phone.

Sign in with your SendBeam account (email and password, a passkey, or Google) or create an account in the app. Campaigns, forms and automations are built on sendbeam.io; the app is where you follow them, act on them and reply.

ACTIVITY
• One feed of notifications from every workspace you belong to
• "Needs You" keeps drafts and campaigns waiting for your approval at the top
• Filter by workspace, mark items as read and pull to refresh

INBOX
• Read conversations and reply from the workspace
• Suggested replies: when a connected assistant or tool has drafted an answer, read it, edit it if you like, then tap Approve & Send
• Archive, mark as unread, move to spam or trash, with undo
• Search your conversations and filter to unread or to approve

CONTACTS
• Search contacts and filter by status or tag
• Add a contact, confirming they agreed to hear from you, and choose their lists and tags
• Edit names, email addresses and custom fields, and add tags
• See each contact's activity: emails sent, opens, clicks, form submissions and replies

CAMPAIGNS
• Drafts, scheduled and sent campaigns in one list
• Schedule or reschedule with quick picks or a custom date and time
• Send now with press and hold, then 60 seconds to change your mind and undo
• Send yourself a test, duplicate a campaign or cancel a schedule
• Approve a campaign or request changes when your workspace asks for approval
• Results for each send: sent, delivered, opened, clicked, bounced and unsubscribed

FORMS AND AUTOMATIONS
• See each form's views and conversion, read every submission in full and reply by email
• Pause an automation or turn it on, and see when one needs attention

NOTIFICATIONS
• Push notifications for replies, approvals, campaigns, form submissions, automations, sending, domains, usage and your team
• Choose categories for all workspaces or for each one
• Quiet hours, with an option to let urgent alerts through

WORKSPACES AND ACCOUNTS
• Every workspace you belong to, grouped by account, with one sign-in
• Switch workspace in a tap; your role in each workspace decides what you can do
• Plan and usage at a glance for account admins
