useless says theres an update uninstall reinstall cleared everything still says update needed there is none wish my company would use something else this is just annoying and time consuming.

It doesn't work at all on my phone. Plus the error message I keep getting is unreadable. I save all my service order entries after I hit depart. Then sometimes I can get to the next job before my time entry is deleted. I've logged into this app for three weeks now and not a single timesheet entry made it. I'm not that old, this is awful to work with.

This app rarely works. It is frustratingly slow to use, the jobs ont update correctly so we have the wrong jobs showing constantly. Once a job has been moved it will stay in your diary and not update until the day after the job was due. Sometimes doesn't close jobs or put follow ups in correctly. Then everytime Shepherd push out an update, it stops working completely for a few days and Shepherds solution is we have to uninstall and reinstall this app constantly. Please avoid this app!
