About this app

- Organizer sign-in with your account (Enterprise accounts); Device Mode (event pass) retained for volunteers at the door.
- Events home — your events with live Live/Ready/Needs-completion statuses and registered/checked-in counts, plus search by event name (public or internal).
- Event detail — live counts, capacity bar, and HubSpot sync status, with a quick-actions menu (Refresh · View roster · Sync now).
- QR check-in scanner — full-screen native camera; surfaces the last scan and a running checked-in count.
- Attendee roster — page through the full list, search, and filter by All / Not Checked-in / Waitlist; guests nest under their parent.
- One-tap check-in from the roster — taps update just that row with a spinner (no full-list refresh), so you can move down a line quickly.
- Walk-ins — register a walk-up using the event's embedded HubSpot registration form; they appear in the roster automatically.
- Real-time updates — event counts and roster rows update live across devices via Mercure.
