Sent the "be at curbside in 5 minutes" message but went to do something unrelated on my phone next. When I went back to this app, all it displayed was a blank black screen. I tried closing it down and restarting it... nothing. Couldn't find my van number or their location. Luckily they were in the pickup area based on the information that my company provided. Bad app.

This replaces the old crew app, however now it wants a login username and password and no way to register for one. Doesn't seem to be any way to log in as an airline crewmember and actually track shuttles either. So, congrats on the new app guys... it's worthless.

Needs a login, which they don't provide (nor do they provide instructions for how to get one or register). Great idea for an app, but it would be better if crew could actually get past the home/login screen and into the app.
