A warehouse application that allows you to define retail and bulk packaging in GS1 standard for a computer with a barcode scanner and a phone.

Configuring packaging
Users have control over the configuration and definition of retail, initial and bulk packaging.
Packages have commercial or logistics barcodes (e.g., GTIN-13 and GTIN-14) and can additionally have serial barcodes to identify each package in the warehouse.

Scanner and phone
The application allows convenient handling of warehouse documents using various devices, such as computers with barcode scanners, mobile computers with built-in scanners and even phones, so users have full flexibility to work with the system according to their needs and preferences.

Synchronization with sales system
Support for synchronization with sales systems, allows downloading information about products, warehouse receipts and releases in real time, which ensures full integration and automation of warehouse processes.

Warehouse orders
Imported documents from the sales system are automatically qualified as warehouse release and receipt orders. This allows for quick information flow and order processing.

Packaging recognition
SmartDepot recognizes configured packaging and automatically asks users for data such as serial bar code, quantity of products or items in variable quantity packaging when packing products. This allows for easy use of fixed and variable quantity packaging.

Stock levels
The application displays the actual quantities of products in stock by package, allowing users to quickly and accurately monitor inventory levels.
