Ratings and reviews

This app is garbage. More than half of the time, the data fails to load and on the occasions when it does load, it takes more than 30 seconds. My Apple devices are a little slow in loading but they load reliably and other apps that have access to the data directly from the panel have no problem. It's just the Android version of the app. I hope I have my Apple devices near if my power actually goes out.

mixed... the app layout and a lot of the controls are really powerful and reliable. but there are glaring issues: bizarre interface to set what circuits are "must have", no way to force a circuit back on if automatically turned off, not enough control over at what battery level each circuit turns off, loses communication with powerwall and must be rebooted to regain connection...

The app provides very limited access to the long term data produced by the span panel, so limited that it has very little value. But the app does allow reasonable control of the panel, and ok access to the current status, power usage, etc. There is third party software you can run on your local network to get better long term data, but this is quite technical to setup.
