SpatialFlow connects a field-worker app with a web dashboard for location tracking and geofence workflows.
Control location sharing
Choose your workspace, then tap "Start Tracking" when you begin work. Use "Pause" to pause location sharing without ending the session, or "Stop Tracking" to end it. Stopping does not delete locations already uploaded.
Check tracking and upload status
See whether tracking is on, paused, or off, and check the last upload time. Tracking being on does not mean a new location has reached your manager. Recorded locations can queue during a network outage and upload after reconnection. GPS availability, permissions, battery settings, and operating-system restrictions can interrupt recording or delay uploads.
Review your route
View recorded sessions and location points in track history. A route reflects the locations the app was able to record and upload; it is not a guarantee of a complete journey.
Manage work in the web dashboard
Managers can view uploaded device locations, create geofences, and configure workflows for events such as entering or leaving a site. Workflows can send notifications or connect to other systems through webhooks and supported integrations. Available features and limits depend on the workspace plan.
Join your team
Accept your manager's invitation and follow the permission prompts. Choose the correct workspace before starting tracking. Your manager can help with account access and device setup.
This app collects location data for work tracking, including when the app is in the background or not in use while tracking is enabled. Background location requires the appropriate permissions and phone settings. SpatialFlow is not an emergency service and does not guarantee real-time location or notification delivery.
