Pay to Play takes the hassle out of organising group sports and activities. Create a session, share a link, and let the app handle the rest — from collecting payments to managing waitlists.

How it works

1. Create a session — set the sport, venue, date, price and player limit
2. Share the link — invite your group with a single tap
3. Everyone pays upfront — cards are pre-authorised when players join, so no more chasing money
4. Play — the organiser completes the session and payments are finalised automatically

Smart payment splitting

Choose fixed pricing or cost-split mode. With cost-split, the total venue cost is divided between players automatically. The more people who join, the cheaper it gets for everyone.

Fair cancellation policy

Set a cancellation cutoff (e.g. 24 hours before). Players who cancel early get a full refund. Late cancellers still pay their share — so the group isn't left covering the cost.

Automatic waitlists

Session full? Players can join the waitlist. When a spot opens, the next person gets a timed window offer to claim it — complete with automatic payment handling.

Groups & regulars

Create groups of players you organise for regularly. Mark members as regulars to automatically reserve them a spot whenever you invite the group to a session — with a configurable acceptance window. Non-regulars get a tap-to-claim invite on a first-come, first-served basis. You can also invite any player directly to a session by their @handle.
