About this app

Starmile Ops is the operator app for Starmile's cross-border logistics platform. It turns any Android device or handheld scanner terminal into a fast, reliable station for moving parcels through the warehouse — from arrival to hub sorting, consolidation, transport, customs and last-mile handover.

Built for warehouse and hub staff, every action is a scan: point at a barcode, and the app records the step and shows an instant success or error result. All the logic lives on the Starmile backend, so operators always follow the correct, up-to-date flow for each parcel — no guesswork.

This app is for authorized Starmile operators and requires a company account to sign in.

Key features:

• Fast barcode scanning — use your device's built-in hardware scanner (keyboard-wedge) or the on-screen camera. The input field auto-focuses so a scan lands immediately.
• Hub operations — receive, sort, rack and consolidate parcels, with clear on-screen guidance for each step.
• Transport (TMS) — load, transit and handover scans keep every shipment leg accurate end to end.
• Customs support — handle declaration and clearance steps where your operation requires them.
• Label printing — print shipping and sorting labels directly to connected Zebra printers.
• Works offline — scans are queued locally and sync automatically when the connection returns, so operations never stop.
• Always current — the app keeps itself in step with the backend and prompts operators when a new version is available.
