About this app

Cubic yard calculator for concrete, gravel, sand, mulch and asphalt.

Free, offline, no account, no ads.

Punch in the slab and you get the cubic yards you actually order at the yard:
4.1 cubic yards of ready-mix, 184 80-lb bags, and what each option costs at
your prices. No converting cubic feet to cubic yards in your head, no second
app for the money.

CUBIC YARDS, TONS AND BAGS

Concrete: slabs, round slabs, footings, columns and piers, stairs, post holes —
in cubic yards, cubic feet or bags.
Aggregate: gravel, sand, mulch, asphalt — by the cubic yard or by the ton.
Area and lumber: square footage, perimeter, board feet.
Paint: walls and ceilings — doors and windows come out of the wall area before
it figures the gallons.

Fifteen calculators in all. Every one that ends in a purchase shows the waste
allowance separately, so you can see the difference between what the job takes
and what you have to order.

FEET, INCHES AND FRACTIONS

Type 12' 6 1/2" the way you measured it. Fractions are right on the keypad, so
you're not hunting for a decimal equivalent on a ladder. Metric works too, if
that's how you measure. Order quantities stay in cubic yards, tons, gallons and
bags — that's how the yard sells them.

YOUR PRICES, YOUR TOTALS

Enter what your yard charges — ready-mix by the cubic yard, bags by the bag,
gravel by the ton, paint by the gallon. Every result then shows the cost of
each buying option side by side, and whichever comes out cheapest gets a badge.
The prices are yours alone: nothing ships with the app, nothing is downloaded.

PROJECTS, NOT JUST NUMBERS

Save calculations to a project — one per job site. The project page adds them
up by material and gives you one total. Export it as a clean PDF or as plain
text, hand it to the customer, and the numbers behind the estimate are right
there — dimensions, waste, unit and price.

FREE, OFFLINE, NO ACCOUNT

There's no sign-up screen, because there's nothing to sign in to. It asks for
no permissions at all — not even internet access — so it can't phone home even
if it wanted to. Your projects and prices stay on the phone. It works in a
basement, in a crawl space and forty miles past the last cell tower.

No ads. No subscription. No trial that expires halfway through a pour.

WHO MAKES IT

Trademath is built by Stonebyte LLC, a software company in Sheridan, Wyoming.
Reach us at hello@stonebyte.io or read more at stonebyte.io.

The numbers come from published material data — ACI E1-16 and the QUIKRETE
product data sheets, listed inside the app under Settings → About.

Trademath gives reference estimates from published material data. Confirm
quantities with your supplier before ordering. Not a substitute for engineering
judgment or local building code.
