StreamOP
StroomOP is a network of youth care and education professionals who strive for earlier, faster and more appropriate help for young people and their parents. In an environment that is loving, stable and safe, and where help is preferably provided at home. Together we work upstream on a learning youth care system.
StroomOP Monitor
The learning StroomOP Monitor consists of a dashboard and an app. The StroomOP dashboard brings together various information sources to provide insight into the care provided to young people and to what extent improvement goals are being achieved. In the StroomOP app we ask young people, parents and professionals about their experience with youth care. By giving your opinion you contribute to improvements in youth care! The results are made visible on the StroomOP dashboard.
StroomOP panel
Download this app and participate in the StroomOP panel! You can participate as a young person (16 to 23 years old), if you receive any form of youth care, as a parent with a child who receives youth care, or as a professional working in youth care. Panel members receive a small set of questions every month in the StroomOP app.
After downloading the app you will be asked permission questions. Some personal data are requested (i.e. email address, gender, date of birth, healthcare use). All data is stored digitally and securely and your answers are processed anonymously.
