Cool app... when it works. Managed to get two rides out of it, which is cool given it's free. But the problem is 99% time the app says there's no buses available. Either need more vehicles or need a better request/queue/AI system instead of just keep telling you to try again later. If there's a queue system and we can see there's a long queue, we can decide whether to wait or walk, instead of keep refreshing hoping maybe next min I'll get a ride

I have a North American phone number and I cannot receive the receive the required text message to sign up. It first kept sending messages and then all of a sudden said it's already in use. So now I'm stuck and likely hiking up a hill to get to my hotel. Why can't I just use my email for registration?!?!

You can only use the app if you have a Japanese phone number. This is a bus aimed for use by tourists. Very unhelpful to require a local number to be able to book the only night bus in town.
