For daily commutes in Cairo, this application is useless. You put your destination and there's only one ride for the entire week, and it's always at the worst time ever, can you believe it? The last trip I had using Swvl was over 6 months ago and it was my number one application for going to and coming from work daily. If you have this application for daily commutes, it's useless, waste of memory space, uninstall it now. It still shows trips for travelling between cities though.

My first experience the worst experience i have ever faced before between all transportation apps, i waited for the driver for 20mins, then i called him and told me that he is in alexandria while i was in cairo, and the trip was cancelled with providing another trip. And i was very late and could not arrive on time. Moreover there is no available number for complaining or get help or anything

trying to enter my phone number tk register, says the phone number is connected to a fb acc. so what? I have the phone number while using the phone app. very frustrating. cant reguster cuz I no longer have the fb acc
