You can stay connected with your Joy E-Bike and manage it. Get realtime location and battery status. You can remotely track, lock/unlock your vehicle. Analyse ride history with statistics, plan your trips for charging requirements. Set customisable geofence and battery alerts to get notified instantly. Get information about positive environmental impact of your vehicle's usage and feel proud to share it within your social media channels.

Never buy joy e scooty,,company is totally fraud and vehicle quality is also very bad..I puchased it 1 year back and its battery blasts last month,,i complained many times but company and dealer both are not responding. now I m going to file a case in consumer court against dealer and joy company..but I suggest please don't buy and save your life and money

Application is very helpful. But, Battery percentages are different than actual in application. Kindly solve it. You should add 'auto Bluetooth connect feature' as we have to pair each time we starts the bike.

very faltu app. i have joy mihos. 1 year has been passed. bike is good but at that time ola and ether was also available at same price with extra features and top speed but for the built quality i baught joy MIHOS (top ebike from joy). the problem lies in their after sales service. my city showroom is shut down. no option for last free company service. before also the mechanic was a iti persuing student with not much of knowledge. he took money from me even for the free service.app is also dumb
