The devices work but the software is quirky. The battery never shows that it gets charged even after 22 hours. It shows little or no battery left on the device as well as the app even after reboot sand firmware updates. The LED brightness does not seem to change with the settings. Cool idea for a product but it has software bugs.

The app does not always work sometimes the screen goes completely white when navigation the me us. Connection to the Network freezes ofte. Battery life of the physical tickrmeter is below expected. Plenty of room for improvements. I would probably prefer another brand 😉

Hope everyone reads this before buying a tickrmeter because it doesn't work at all if you have a samsung galaxy s23+ and basic home internet. I'm past the return window now and their customer service never replied when I contacted them 3 weeks ago through their website. They are useless.
