Professionals, students, and remote workers reach for time blocking when they want every hour assigned before the day starts. BlockFlow puts that time management method into a clean day planner that reduces decision fatigue by keeping the full schedule visible from morning to night.

The Day Planner shows a 24-hour scrollable timeline, color-coded by category, with a live cursor that tracks current time and visible empty slots that reveal any gaps in your daily schedule. When a block goes active, the Focus Session opens a full-screen focus timer: task name, progress ring, and a MM:SS countdown, with controls to pause, extend by five minutes, or mark complete early. The Week Grid works as a week planner across all seven days, showing each day's blocks as proportional color segments with a badge for total planned hours. Block Templates let you save repeating presets like Deep Work, Morning Routine, or Team Sync, and stamp each one into the next open time block with a single tap.

New blocks take shape in the Block Builder: name the task, set start and end times in 15-minute steps, pick a category from Work, Personal, Health, Learning, or Break, and choose a color. Save, and the block lands on the timeline.
