Ratings and reviews

Tickets appear, no problems in that respect. One star on principle however - like many (most) other reviewers (customers) I resent having to download an app specifically for tickets and sadly this is becoming more common generally (I've commented similar on the BST Hyde Park app). Email tickets (including the ability to print) were far more convenient and flexible and would have been far easier to share with my Dad who was with me. Oh, and I uninstalled as soon as I got home from the event.

I absolutely hate this app. It is a personal data collection app that just happens to also give you access to your tickets. The amount of personal information it collects, along with access to your phone, location and Wi-Fi devices is absolutely not required to manage the tickets. I will definitely uninstall it as soon as I get my tickets and never use it again. I'm very disappointed that Silverstone would use this.

As others have said, it's utterly unacceptable that you are forced to download an app to access tickets. Some people simply don't have the facilities to do this and no allowances have been made for this. I downloaded the app under sufferance and will be deleting it at the first available opportunity. My 1 star rating is misleading; really it should be zero!!!
