Never received payment for my ticket I sold. Customer service never responds.

I already paid for tickets now I am being forced to install this app that I don't want and forced to enter personal information and agree with their terms because I have no choice if I am to get my tickets! This should be illegal and reported to the necessary consumer body and removed from the google play store. Whats even worse is that I bought ticket for an older person who dont have a phone nor email and now we're stuck. Plus the app wants my location! I EXPECTED MY TICKET IN MY EMAIL!!!

I create a profile and still have to go to claim thr tickets at the event, so this is useless. Then I tried to delete my account but the button does not work.
