i want a refund please. the app stopped working and nothing is being done about it. I've uninstalled and reinstalled. logged out and in but nothing. i have reached out. Fin answered while I was asleep and in just a few hours he/she was ready to close my ticket without having spoken with me. don't you think maybe waiting a couple of days before closing a ticket to resolve an issue is mandatory?

DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!!!! it is a cash scam and the customer service is basically a bot it wont refund your money either. AGAIN DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!!!

I have tried deleting the app and re-downloading it obviously you guys don't want my money it will not let me make a purchase at all no matter what I use
