UPDATE 3/27: Suggestion, why don't we improve our app security by adding layers of verification? I hope the development team could find and read this. Customer service is quick to respond and has fixed my issue. I've been using this app for 2 years. This is good for your long-term investing. I highly recommend this. 👌

I am so grateful that you have introduced a "Dividend Reinvestment" setting which will automatically reinvest the dividends back to the portfolio. Kudos to your team. Because of that, I'll change my 4-star to 5-star rating. Thank you so much Gotrade.

In the first 2 years there were no problems or strange things that happened. But suddenly one day I opened this application after several days not opening it, My account is worth around -40 dollars which was previously worth around 50 dollars. When I looked in my portfolio there were transactions worth -100 dollars. And on the Fees menu they added a fee of 100 dollars. Then today suddenly all my shares were sold.
