The Spritzen App is an efficient tool which can be used by cleaning company’s staff to manage their shift and the tasks done during their shift. With the camera access, photos can be uploaded of the work done so the company will be able to assess their work and provide timely feedback. Geo location and time stamp allows the company to monitor the worker location and provides an effective way to process the payroll for the worker.
Key Features
- Home page shows the confirmed shifts for the week and also the icons for easy navigation through the app
- Keep track of the shift schedule, accept available shifts, view the shifts that are there today and upcoming this week
- Any required documents like policies or staff information can be uploaded for the care worker/staff to view
- Keep track of the cleanings done for the client from the REPORT section
- To ensure that the worker arrives on time, geolocation of the worker is captured during START of work so that it is available to the company and the client
- Time stamp and location access also allows the staff payment to be processed effectively
- After check in, the daily tasks done can be noted and pictures before and after the cleaning can be taken and uploaded
- App allows option to provide rating for shift worked, provide a summary and also raise an alert if required
- The cleaning app has notification option also to remind the worker of any tasks if needed
- Leave option is available for the care worker to apply for leave

The Spritzen App ensures the security and privacy of user and facility data. Robust encryption and authentication mechanisms safeguard sensitive information, ensuring that facility information and worker information remain confidential and secure.
The geolocation feature that enables to capture the location of the care worker, will be used only when the work is started.
Camera access will be used with permission for uploading the photos of the work done by the worker only.
