This application is an auxiliary tool to assist our dealers to place orders online, and is not a registered software for the public.
User Registration：
User registration authorization of shall be in the control of our company. The company shall authorize the registration of a specific customer. The custom would be allowed to change the passwords and use the application for the business.
Service Contents：
1.To view products of the company online;
2.To select and place intended order online;
3.To track order status online;
4.To apply or post sales service online;
User Regulation：
1.All users are not allowed to use the defects and bus of the application and interfere with the operation of the application;
2.The information provided by the users shall be true and authentic.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION：
1.These Terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of Uganda.
2.Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection to these Terms, or breach, termination or invalidity thereof shall be settled in accordance with Arbitration and Conciliation Act. The language to be used in the arbitral proceedings shall be English.
