A murder mystery night that reinvents itself every time.

You are all in one room, someone is dead, and one of you did it. Framed! hands out the roles, lays out the clues and walks you through the evening — the rest is yours: question, lie, work it out.


HOW AN EVENING GOES

One person opens the evening and shares a four-letter room code. Everyone else joins with it — no account, just a name.

Each person gets their role on their own phone: an occupation, a relationship to the victim, a goal for the night — and a secret nobody else knows. That is exactly why everyone needs their own device.

Then come three rounds of questioning. New clues surface in each one, and you interrogate each other. At the end you vote, and the case is solved. Whoever asked the most questions gets their medal in the credits.

Runs 60 to 90 minutes. For 3 to 12 people.


READY-MADE CASES — AND ONES THAT EXIST ONLY ONCE

Five written cases are included: a snowed-in alpine hotel, an office Christmas party, a sea day on a cruise ship, an art auction, and a stag weekend in a holiday house. Each one adapts to the size of your group. The first is free.

If you would rather, have a case written that never existed before. In a place you invent — a student bar, a night train, a lighthouse in the fog. With an occasion that fits your evening, and in-jokes only your group will get.


WHAT SHOULD STAY OUT OF IT

A murder mystery in your living room will eventually touch a real nerve. So you can say beforehand what stays out — illness, break-ups, whatever has no place at your table. That covers hints and allusions too, and it is checked before the case reaches you.


PREPARE AN EVENING AHEAD

A murder mystery gets planned days ahead, not five minutes before. Think up a place and a hook at your leisure, save it — and on the night just open the room.


MORE THAN ONE LANGUAGE AT THE TABLE

German and English. If someone's phone is set to a different language, that person gets the case and their role sheet in their language. Same case, different words.


WHAT COSTS WHAT

Joining is free and needs no account. The first ready-made case is free. Having a case written for your group needs credit — singly, in packs of five, or for a year.

You need: one phone per person and an internet connection. No cards, no printouts, nothing to cut out.

What’s new

Invitations: guests join by link or QR code, and the room code fills itself in.

Resume the evening: if the host's app is closed, it picks up right where it left off.
