Visio Agent is the field security agent's work tool. It connects those on the street to the monitoring center in real time.
⚠️ RESTRICTED ACCESS
This application is for corporate use. It works exclusively with an agent account provided by the organization contracting the Visio platform (municipalities, municipal guards, and private security companies). There is no public registration: without an account enabled by your organization's administrator, it is not possible to use the app.
WHO IT'S FOR
Agents, guards, and security operators who respond to incidents in the field, on foot or in a vehicle, and need to receive dispatches and record the service without relying on radio or paper.
FEATURES
🕒 Work shift
The agent starts the shift by indicating whether they are on foot or in a vehicle, and ends it at the end of the shift. The center then knows who is available.
📍 Dispatched Incidents
The monitoring center dispatches the incident to the nearest agent. The agent receives a notification, accepts the call, and sees the exact location of the incident on the map.
📝 Incident Log
During the incident, the agent records text updates and attaches photos as evidence, directly from their cell phone. Everything is kept in the incident history for the center to track.
🚗 Patrol with License Plate Recognition
During the patrol, the app uses the cell phone camera to read vehicle license plates and check them in the platform's database, alerting the agent about vehicles of interest.
🗺️ Field Position
While the shift is active, the app sends the agent's position to the center, which tracks the team on the map and can dispatch the agent closest to each incident.
🔐 Security
Access protected by a corporate password, with optional biometric unlocking and automatic screen lock due to inactivity. End-to-end encrypted communication with the server. ABOUT VISIO
