WeldStack Mobile is the field companion for welding inspectors, supervisors, and engineers. Built for demanding industrial environments — shipyards, construction sites, and production floors — it works fully offline and syncs automatically when connectivity returns.

OFFLINE-FIRST — WORK ANYWHERE, SYNC LATER
Create inspection reports, record audio notes, and capture photos without any internet connection. All data is stored securely on-device in an encrypted local database. When Wi-Fi or cellular becomes available, WeldStack automatically syncs your reports, transcriptions, and media files to the cloud — no manual steps required.

VOICE-TO-TEXT INSPECTION REPORTS
Use the Push-to-Talk button to dictate your findings directly on the shop floor. Audio is recorded in high-quality AAC format with optional ambient noise reduction — ideal for noisy welding environments. Transcriptions are processed automatically, either immediately when online or deferred until the next sync. AI-powered correction ensures accurate technical terminology in your final reports.

PHOTO DOCUMENTATION
Attach photos to each inspection point with a single tap. Images are stored locally and uploaded directly to secure cloud storage using signed URLs — your media never passes through intermediate servers. Each photo is linked to its inspection point for full traceability.

STRUCTURED INSPECTION FORMS
Fill out inspection protocols using dynamic forms defined by your organization. Templates are delivered from the server and rendered natively, ensuring consistency across your team. Support for custom fields, approval workflows, and inspector/approver roles.

MULTI-USER TABLET SUPPORT
WeldStack is designed for shared devices. Multiple inspectors can use the same tablet — each user's drafts, history, and preferences are isolated by secure login. Logging out preserves local data so the next inspector can start immediately.

Your data is protected at every layer:
• Local database encrypted with SQLCipher AES-256, key secured in Android Keystore (TEE/StrongBox)
• Authentication tokens stored in EncryptedSharedPreferences (AES-GCM)
• Certificate Pinning for all network connections (Google Trust Services roots)
• Root detection and screenshot prevention (FLAG_SECURE)
• XSS input sanitization on all text fields

SEAMLESS CLOUD SYNC
WeldStack Mobile connects to the WeldStack SaaS platform. Inspection reports created on mobile appear instantly in the web dashboard after sync. Your team can review, correct AI transcriptions, approve reports, and generate professional PDF protocols — all from the browser.

MULTILINGUAL INTERFACE
Full support for English, Polish, and German. Language preferences sync between mobile and web so your settings follow you across devices.
