The Musée d’arts de Nantes app helps you explore the works from a different angle and locate all the museum’s facilities.

Find your way easily around the various exhibition spaces, covering more than 8 centuries of art history, thanks to the museum’s wifi network and geolocation system.

Follow the guide through one of the themed tours suggested by the museum: make sure you don’t miss out on any of its key works, enjoy a fun and unrestricted voyage of discovery with your family, or explore its collections in-depth from an unusual angle.
New tours will be added to the app as it is updated, making every visit a unique experience.
Do you want a customised visit to match your own particular interests? Create your own personalised tour from your device, selecting your favourite works. You can also design your own tour directly in the museum and then find it again next time you visit or on the website.

You will find commentaries for each work and for 40 of the museum’s masterpieces you can discover additional bonus content, including images, videos, audio content or interactive games.

The Musée d’arts de Nantes mobile guide is an essential tool to enhance your visitor experience, whether you are alone, with your partner or family or in a group.

Texts can be enlarged and displayed with high contrast, as can some of the images of the works.

The app can be downloaded free of charge. Tablets with the app can also be requested at the museum’s reception desk (within the limit of available stocks).
