This application is compatible from the JABBAH version of Xivo. This allows you to manage your business calls, contacts, favorites, history and call forwarding. The application requires having a XiVO with a configured EDGE infrastructure and an access account to this server.

The XiVO Assistant application provides access to XiVO's unified communications features. It can be used in two different mobility situations:
- in addition to your landline to access additional services.
- or as a standalone XiVO phone (voice over IP use)
It offers the following features:
- call management
- access to your favorite contacts
- searching for a contact
- calling a contact
- notification of telephone presence
- notification of voice messages
- call history
- management of call forwarding
Infrastructure prerequisites:
The XiVO installation must have an EDGE infrastructure allowing people who are teleworking or traveling to be able to access XiVO from the outside, without a VPN.
The XiVO mobile application will be usable with version JABBAH.13 of the XiVO product and the integration of an authentication token per customer.
