About this app

This application is compatible with XiVO's Pollux version and later. It allows you to manage your business calls, contacts, favorites, call history, and call forwarding. The application requires a XiVO system with a configured EDGE infrastructure and an account with access to this server.

The XiVO Assistant application provides access to XiVO's unified communications features. It can be used in conjunction with your landline/softphone to access additional services.

It offers the following features:

- Call management
- Access to favorite contacts
- Contact search
- Calling a contact
- Phone presence notification
- Voicemail notification
- Call history
- Call forwarding management

Infrastructure Requirements:
The XiVO installation must have an EDGE infrastructure allowing remote or mobile users to access XiVO remotely, without a VPN.
